Complimentary returns are offered on all online purchases that are defective.

A request to return merchandise must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the order. Once the return request is granted, you (the customer) will be issued an acknowledgement email.   Please note: all returned merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 10 days of the date delivery of your graphics.

Please do not return your order to the warehouse without advising our shipping department first. The warehouse is unable to process the refund if the parcel has not been acknowledged on the system.

All returned merchandise must be received in its original condition. We do not accept used, altered or damaged merchandise.

A refund will be processed to your credit card.
